Family matters and civil disputes
Jessica's family-law work includes opposed and unopposed divorce matters, maintenance, parenting arrangements and parental responsibilities. She assists with settlement agreements and parenting plans, with attention to the facts and the interests of the children involved.
She also works on contractual disputes, debt recovery, damages claims and other civil matters in the Magistrates' and High Courts, helping clients consider strategy and available resolution options.
Planning and estate administration
Jessica assists with drafting wills, estate planning, reporting and administering deceased estates, liaison with executors and beneficiaries, and trust registration. The aim is to help clients understand both the documents and the responsibilities that follow from them.
